At UNIT 22 we have many coaches from many backgrounds in sport and exercise including Athletics, Endurance Sports, Weightlifting, Rugby, Football and Triathlon. The same coaches have also diversified their own knowledge and qualified in various aspects of sport and exercise including Powerlifting, Weightlifting, CrossFit, Gymnastics, Strength & Conditioning to name just a few.
Personal training at UNIT 22 is just that, it’s personal. Whether you want to get better at CrossFit skills, improve your performance in your chosen sport, or whether you want to lose body fat and get fitter, we have coaches that are specialised in all of these aspects of sport and fitness so we’ll have someone who can help you reach your goals. When it comes to personal training you have to look at every aspect of a person and their lifestyle, which is why we’ll start your course of personal training with a consultation to set goals, set a timeline of when you want to achieve those goals and we’ll also look into nutrition and lifestyle as well. Exercise is just one piece of the puzzle and it alone may not get you the results you’re looking for, if other parts of the puzzle are missing.

Personal Training Pack (x5 sessions) – from £175.
Personal Nutrition Plan – £45.
Personal Strength Programme – from £40 (sport/goal specific).
